NOTE - There are a lot of rules that must be followed in order for Franklin County requesters to obtain records. Requesters must visit between 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday to attain records in-person in Franklin County. Those looking to request files must also bring some form of photo identification. Examples encompass state IDs or driver's licenses. All Franklin County public record requests must be put in writing.
