Conway County Public Records

Each and every resident in the state of Arkansas has vital records kept on them. All important life events are recorded in these records. However, Conway County charges a fee per record copied. Birth records cost $12 in Conway County. First copies of death records cost $10. Marriage records in Conway County cost $10.

NOTE - Conway County has a variety of rules that must be followed when obtaining records. Conway County requesters must obtain records between 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday. To purchase records in Conway County, photo identification is needed. State IDs and driver's licenses will do just fine. In Conway County, requesters must also put their public record requests in writing.
